Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily cage operations, including cash handling, chip transactions, and foreign currency exchange.
- Ensure strict adherence to all company financial policies, gaming regulations, and internal control procedures.
- Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to a team of cage cashiers.
- Maintain high standards of guest service, promptly resolving any transaction-related inquiries or issues.
- Prepare and reconcile daily reports, ensuring accuracy and accountability for all cash movements.
- Implement and enforce robust security protocols to protect company assets and maintain a secure working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cash handling, financial reconciliation, and cage operations, preferably within a casino or high-volume hospitality setting.
- Strong understanding of gaming regulations, compliance standards, and internal control procedures.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficiency with relevant cash management software and systems.
