Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily site operations and project execution from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
- Coordinate effectively with engineering teams, contractors, and all project stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, performance, and forecasts to management.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in site management or a similar project leadership role.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and robust project management methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
