Job Overview

AJ Gargash Development (a subsidiary of AJG Capital Holding) is hiring a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator in Dubai.
You will plan, shoot, and edit short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form videos that showcase real estate projects,
visiting project sites, sales offices, and events to capture engaging, informative, and trend-aligned content that elevates
the brand’s “affordable luxury” positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short- and long-form video content.
• Capture content at project sites, sales offices, and events.
• Track and apply the latest social media and real estate content trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content ideas and execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience with a strong video portfolio.
• Proficient in mobile and desktop editing tools.
• Own gear preferred (phone, camera, gimbal, mic, etc.).
• Real estate content experience is a plus.
