Job Overview
Arabiio Star Social Media Marketing LLC seeks an on-site Content Creator (Short-Form Video Specialist) in Dubai.
You’ll be the face and force of field production—planning and executing short-form shoots (Reels, TikTok, Shorts),
directing talent and clients, and delivering camera-ready footage for editors. The role blends technical craft,
creative direction, and client handling in a fast, performance-driven content studio.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end short-form shoot execution (camera, lighting, sound) to a professional standard.
- Direct on-screen talent and clients to capture authentic, high-quality footage that meets campaign goals.
- Adapt scripts and shot lists on the fly to optimize outcomes during shoots.
- Work behind the lens and step on camera as needed (host/presenter).
- Coordinate with Production Head and Video Editors for clear handoffs aligned to post-production needs.
- Maintain positive client relationships during shoots; represent Arabiio professionally.
- (As needed) Perform quick edits for urgent publishable content.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Content Creator/Videographer with a strong short-form portfolio.
- Expert proficiency with professional video, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Confident director; able to elicit engaging performances from talent and clients.
- Comfortable on camera as host/subject when required.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proactive, independent, and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to travel frequently to shoot locations.
- Nice to have: Arabic fluency; driver’s license; Adobe Premiere/After Effects; social strategy knowledge.
