Key Responsibilities
- Develop, negotiate, and administer contracts with suppliers and customers across the ELAMEA region.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Monitor contract performance and manage contractual changes or disputes efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contract terms with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks to protect company interests and assets.
- Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in contract management, procurement, or a similar supply chain role.
- Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms and conditions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European, Middle Eastern, or African languages is a plus.
