Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, high-level administrative and strategic support to the Co-CEO and Advisory Board Chairman.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate extensive travel arrangements, and meticulously plan meeting logistics.
- Prepare and edit high-quality presentations, reports, agendas, and confidential correspondence.
- Act as a primary liaison, facilitating effective communication between the Co-CEO, Advisory Board, and various internal/external stakeholders.
- Support strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring timely follow-up and execution of action items.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion in all communications and tasks.
Requirements
- Proven extensive experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or board members.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaborative digital tools.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
