Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive, high-level administrative and strategic support to the Co-CEO and Advisory Board Chairman.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate extensive travel arrangements, and meticulously plan meeting logistics.
  • Prepare and edit high-quality presentations, reports, agendas, and confidential correspondence.
  • Act as a primary liaison, facilitating effective communication between the Co-CEO, Advisory Board, and various internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring timely follow-up and execution of action items.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion in all communications and tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven extensive experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or board members.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaborative digital tools.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
