Key Responsibilities

• Act as the CEO's trusted strategy and execution partner.
• Translate broad CEO direction into actionable workplans covering key messages, owners, timelines, dependencies and milestones.
• Take end-to-end ownership of CEO-assigned initiatives, from strategic planning and execution to delivering actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive execution, track progress, resolve obstacles and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide the CEO with concise, structured updates on progress, risks, options and recommendations.
• Support the CEO in building and maintaining relationships with senior executives, business partners and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Economics or a related field.
• 5–8 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, business operations, CEO Office or business development.
• Proven ownership of execution, not only analysis or recommendations.
• Excellent Thai and English, both written and spoken.
• Strategic Thinking, Execution Excellence, Influence without Authority, Executive Presence, Judgment & Discretion, Service Mindset & Taste, Adaptability.
