Red Bull is looking for a Striker to join its Sales Team in Buenos Aires. The Striker ensures product execution, drives category growth, and implements company strategies across various points of sale. This role combines strategic planning, relationship building, and sales execution to ensure that Red Bull is always available whenever and wherever consumers want it.

Key Responsibilities

• Territory Coverage: Effectively cover all assigned sales points with optimal frequency and profitability.
• Perfect Store Execution: Maintain and grow “perfect store” databases focused on availability, visibility, pricing, placement, and messaging. Build strong relationships with decision-makers to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Stock Management: Ensure Red Bull products are always in stock and properly displayed. Manage orders and stock levels to guarantee continuous availability for consumers.
• Point-of-Sale Management: Improve brand presence through negotiating placements, coolers, and marketing materials. Implement and monitor promotions from day one.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, merchandising, or FMCG sector preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build quality relationships with retailers and stakeholders.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (desirable).
