    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts, from negotiation to close-out.
    • Ensure compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and project specifications.
    • Evaluate subcontractor performance and manage relationships effectively.
    • Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to define subcontracting needs.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with subcontracting activities.
    • Contribute to cost control and schedule adherence for assigned projects.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in subcontract management, preferably in the chemical or industrial sector.
    • Strong understanding of contract law, terms, and conditions.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple priorities.
    • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
