Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts, from negotiation to close-out.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and project specifications.
- Evaluate subcontractor performance and manage relationships effectively.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to define subcontracting needs.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with subcontracting activities.
- Contribute to cost control and schedule adherence for assigned projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in subcontract management, preferably in the chemical or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of contract law, terms, and conditions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
