    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct accurate topographical, boundary, and construction surveys using advanced equipment.
    • Prepare detailed survey drawings, maps, and reports using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
    • Operate and maintain surveying instruments such as Total Stations, GPS, and laser scanners.
    • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure survey data accuracy.
    • Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations.
    • Adhere to all safety regulations and project specifications on site.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in Geomatics, Surveying, or Civil Engineering.
    • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Surveyor, preferably within MEP, General Contracting, or Facilities Management sectors.
    • Proficiency in using modern surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, Drones) and software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
    • Strong understanding of survey principles, methods, and calculations.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle outdoor site conditions.
