- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, market trends, and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and globally integrated work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
