Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create robust pipelines.
- Utilize various sourcing channels and innovative techniques to identify diverse candidates.
- Enhance Luno’s employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, ideally within a tech or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of or genuine interest in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Demonstrated mid-senior level experience in talent acquisition.
