Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycle: briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategy and role profiles.
- Maintain candidate engagement and communication.
- Conduct market mapping, salary benchmarking, and competitive research.
- Provide weekly/monthly recruitment reporting.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in fast-growing tech/fintech.
- Strong sourcing abilities (direct search, boolean search, mapping).
- Experience hiring Sales, BD, and operational roles.
- Strong interviewing and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven and process-oriented.
