Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
