Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align hiring strategies.
- Draft and post engaging job advertisements across job portals and social media.
- Conduct interviews in Arabic and English, ensuring strong communication and cultural fit assessment.
- Maintain recruitment databases, track hiring metrics, and prepare reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally within the Beauty/Salon/Spa/Hospitality/Retail industry.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions and deliver within deadlines.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools, job portals, and MS Office.
