Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex technical projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and provide regular progress updates to all project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical project management, preferably within the telecommunications or IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
