Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall technical strategy and product roadmap for BazaIT.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of scalable and robust IT products and solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with product, business development, and other stakeholders to ensure technical alignment with company goals.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software architecture, development methodologies, and quality assurance.
- Research and implement new technologies to continuously enhance product offerings and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience (10+ years) in software engineering, with substantial leadership experience in a technical director or similar role.
- Strong background in building and scaling tech products, ideally within the HR tech, recruitment, or marketplace domains.
- Deep understanding of modern software architectures, cloud platforms, and agile development methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of inspiring and developing engineering talent.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
