Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various technical roles, from sourcing to offer.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs.
- Proactively source active and passive candidates using a variety of channels and tools.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical talent for current and future openings.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and enhance the overall candidate experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
- Solid understanding of technical concepts, programming languages, and various technical roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international startup environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing platforms.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Swedish is considered a plus.
