Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical assistance and support for ADVANCE.AI’s SaaS products to enterprise clients.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to digital identity, fraud prevention, and automation.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve critical issues.
- Document technical solutions, FAQs, and best practices to improve support efficiency and knowledge base.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely resolution of inquiries.
- Monitor system performance and contribute to maintaining the stability and reliability of services.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or in a similar client-facing technical role (5+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of SaaS applications, APIs, cloud environments, and related technical concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
