Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical assistance and support for ADVANCE.AI’s SaaS products to enterprise clients.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to digital identity, fraud prevention, and automation.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve critical issues.
  • Document technical solutions, FAQs, and best practices to improve support efficiency and knowledge base.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely resolution of inquiries.
  • Monitor system performance and contribute to maintaining the stability and reliability of services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or in a similar client-facing technical role (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of SaaS applications, APIs, cloud environments, and related technical concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
