Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, compiling, and analyzing program data.
- Support the implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans and tools.
- Contribute to the preparation of M&E reports and summaries.
- Participate in field visits to observe program activities and data collection processes.
- Ensure data quality and integrity according to organizational standards.
- Collaborate with program teams to understand data needs and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- No prior experience required; open to fresh graduates.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data collection and basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish.
