Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs for all kitchen stewarding personnel.
- Ensure all kitchen stewards are proficient in proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Create engaging training materials, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate closely with kitchen management to identify specific training needs and address skill gaps.
- Monitor and evaluate the overall effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in training and development roles, ideally within the hospitality or food and beverage sector.
- Strong understanding of kitchen stewarding operations, including cleaning, sanitation, and equipment handling.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and deliver impactful training content to diverse groups.
- A proactive approach to identifying training needs and implementing solutions.
- Previous experience in a mid-senior level role, demonstrating leadership and mentoring capabilities.
