Key Responsibilities

Provide academic, career, and personal guidance to university students. Organize and participate in student orientation, development, and welfare programs. Monitor student well-being and provide support for their campus life and academic progress. Assist in resolving student conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters according to university policies. Promote student engagement in extracurricular activities, clubs, and university events. Maintain accurate student records and communicate effectively with faculty regarding student progress and concerns.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills. Ability to empathize with students and provide effective support and advice. Proven experience in student counseling, student affairs, or youth development. Thorough understanding of university policies, procedures, and student affairs best practices. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team. Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) for effective communication within the university context.
