Key Responsibilities

Provide direct support and supervision to residents during weekend shifts. Assist residents with daily living activities, personal care, and community integration. Implement individual service plans and behavioral support strategies effectively. Facilitate engaging recreational and social activities for residents. Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive residential environment. Accurately document observations, resident progress, and incidents.
