Analista Financiero/a – FP&A

LHH is seeking a Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join an industrial group with international presence, backed by an investment fund and a highly demanding financial structure. This role is crucial for reinforcing the finance department.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and updating of monthly financial reporting, ensuring data reliability and consistency.
• Updating and maintaining financial models, working with income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Participation in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts (Budget & Forecast).
• Analysis of key business variables: sales, costs, margins, and deviations.
• Identification and implementation of improvements and automations in financial processes.
• Collaboration with the Reporting Manager in preparing financial information for management and governing bodies.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar.
• Approximately 4 years of experience in FP&A, Management Control, Financial Reporting, or similar roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with financial models.
• Solid knowledge of income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Valuable experience in industrial environments, international companies, or financial structures with high reporting demands.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Business Central, and English.
