Key Responsibilities

• Serve guests in accordance with Minor Hotels standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and sanitation.
• Display the best of our national hospitality and professionalism with guests.
• Take pride in all facets of service, quality, appearance, and cleanliness in yourself and your area of responsibility.
• Professionally set up bar at the start of opening, including liquor, icing, glassware, juices, and garnishes.
• Process drink orders in proper calling order, check for correct number of drinks, and manage billing quickly and efficiently.
• Make all cocktails in accordance with Minor Hotels Resorts & Spas standard beverage manual, using full standard measures.

Requirements

• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, mixers, garnishes, and drink preparation techniques.
• Friendly communication, active listening, and the ability to handle customer requests professionally.
• Ability to operate a POS system, process payments, and maintain accurate transactions.
• Previous experience in bartending in luxury hotel and restaurant.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a busy environment.
• Good spoken English is commonly useful; additional languages can be an advantage.
