Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and inform them of property amenities, services, and hours of operation.
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval, and transport guest luggage.
• Arrange transportation for guests and record advance transportation requests.
• Dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed.
• Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
• Serve as a departmental role model and assist management in employee development.

Requirements

• High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Less than 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
