• Salary Range: 15000 AED to 18000 AED

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support bid and proposal preparation and submission processes.
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams.
• Utilize AI tools for proposal/bid development.
• Write and edit proposals with strong attention to detail.
• Manage client portals and e-tendering platforms.
• Ensure timely submission of bids under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Bid Management / Bid Support / Proposal Management / Bid Analyst / Project Support.
• Experience in Facilities Management (Hard FM and Soft FM).
• Strong proposal writing and editing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
