Key Responsibilities

• Process transactions including Remittances, Cash, and Cheques accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all transactions and documentation comply with internal and regulatory guidelines.
• Meet and greet customers, provide service as per established standards, and communicate regulations professionally.
• Offer advice and guidance on ARIE Products & Services to customers.
• Achieve target wait times and serve times, aiming for continuous reduction in TAT.
• Maintain optimal profit margins for transactions and solicit referrals/cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

• Graduate or equivalent in any related field.
• 2 years of prior experience as a Cashier/Teller.
• Previous exposure to large volume of cash handling is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of basic computer applications and operations.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and quantitative skills.
• Customer service oriented.
