Key Responsibilities

• Describe beverage menu items to guests with vivid descriptions of origin, taste, and preparation methods.
• Communicate guest orders and special requests to the bartender using the hotel’s point-of-sales system.
• Serve and take orders from guests seated at the bar area.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently to guest concerns.
• Properly and accurately close guest checks, process payments, and settle voided checks.
• Breakdown, clean, and set-up tables and drink stations.

Requirements

• College degree preferably specializing in hospitality, or equivalent experience.
• Strong food & beverage knowledge regarding beer, wine and liquor.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and food & beverage computer systems.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English and Korean language.
• Must already possess valid work authorization in South Korea.
