Key Responsibilities

• Define the software validation plan, including test strategy, specifications, team organization, tools, planning, and deliverables.
• Assign and track tasks for each validation team member, including estimations, prioritization, and deviation tracking.
• Estimate and track validation costs (in hours) and monitor budget (forecast vs. actual).
• Identify and manage project risks using a risk-based approach.
• Effectively organize the work of team members.
• Validate the test strategy in line with development constraints and product environment.
• Validate the necessary test resources for each campaign.
• Ensure the quality and conformity of all validation deliverables for client acceptance.
• Deliver validation reports in compliance with project commitments.

Requirements

• Graduated from an engineering school.
• Proven experience in validation project management, ideally in an embedded software context.
• Good command of test and validation best practices.
• Experience with scripting and test automation is a plus.
• Knowledge of communication protocols and Smart Metering standards (e.g., DLMS/COSEM) is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly, foster team spirit, and work cross-functionally.
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, rigor, and rapid learning ability.
• Ability to use generative AI tools for test design, results analysis, and validation task automation.
