Key Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Stators and Rotors for usage in oilfield directional drilling.
• Follow procedures related to stator and rotor manufacturing process and verify quality control checks.
• Operate overhead cranes in the movement of parts or products and report any abnormalities.
• Ensure tools, gauges and equipment’s are maintained properly and document relevant records.
• Handle products, tubes & core at elevated temperatures following safety procedures and maintain house keeping as per 5S requirements.
• Comply with all NOV HSE procedures and policies and observe HSE regulations.

Requirements

• Perform daily operator checklist of machines and capture/measure necessary process parameters.
• Ensure controlled use of elastomer & chemicals and check stator or rotor prior to starting any process.
• Operate Boiler, Generator, Air compressors, Forklift (License/Certification required) when needs/advised.
• Assist maintenance technicians during critical machine breakdowns and provide training to new hires.
• Knowledge of the proper use of measuring tools/gauge and tools, and understand routers, drawings and procedures.
• Able to communicate in English (both writing and orally) and understand pneumatic, hydraulic, basic electrical systems and mechanical aptitude.
