Key Responsibilities

• Setting up, operating, and maintaining Mazak CNC machines for turning and milling operations.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machining requirements.
• Programming CNC machines using Mazatrol or G-code, adjusting settings for optimal performance and accuracy.
• Inspecting finished parts for quality and adherence to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshooting and resolving machining issues to ensure efficient production flow.
• Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining preferred.
• 3 years of experience operating Mazak CNC machines for turning and milling.
• Proficiency in Mazatrol programming and/or G-code.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with precision measuring tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
