Key Responsibilities

• Define and create long-term sustainable business strategies.
• Develop customer strategies and go-to-market plans to attract and retain customers.
• Create new business models for innovative and disruptive growth, and accelerate through investments and acquisitions of start-ups.
• Redesign existing business models and define future functions and operational models to enable growth.
• Lead and drive workstreams and/or projects.
• Work with stakeholders in leading positions and collaborate with diversified teams.

Requirements

• Ability and proven experience in strategic and creative thinking, combining business strategy and analysis with the expression of new ideas and opportunities.
• A powerful storyteller with an intuitive ability to present complex concepts clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
• Relentless curiosity, comfort in a fast-paced environment, and ability to leverage established relationships and global network.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience from leading strategy and management consulting firms.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working with stakeholders in leading positions and collaborating with diversified teams.
• Ability to drive business.
• Willingness to work or attend meetings outside of regular working hours and take on projects on short notice.
• Ability to travel to and work in various, sometimes challenging environments that may be difficult to reach.
• Experience and interest in financial services and the consumer sector.
• Academic degree (e.g., MBA, Civil Engineer, Industrial Economics) with good academic merits or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
