Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Product Designer for their Knowledge Graph team. This is a remote position based in Sweden. You will be instrumental in designing user experiences for the context layer of Grafana Cloud, focusing on the entity graph, entity catalog, and RCA workbench. Key Responsibilities

• Design experiences for the context layer of Grafana Cloud, powering the entity graph, entity catalog, and RCA workbench.
• Enable customers to easily understand and explore how their systems connect, showing complex information clearly without overwhelming the user.
• Translate research and data into digestible experiences that break down complexity.
• Tailor experiences to different target audiences and user perspectives.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, product management, technical writing, and GTM functions.
• Prioritize impact while balancing business priorities, customer wishes, and technical considerations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant design experience working on B2B/enterprise software products, ideally for developers or highly technical users.
• A portfolio of effective designs for complex products delivered in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience running qualitative research in complex fields and building empathy with users.
• Ability to make design decisions balancing business goals, product priorities, customer feedback, research insights, and technical considerations.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time-zones.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn about a complex, technical product space.
• Experience working in a fully-remote, fast-paced environment.
