• Define and create long-term sustainable business strategies.
• Develop customer strategies and go-to-market plans to attract and retain customers.

• Work with stakeholders in leading positions and collaborate with diversified teams.

Requirements

• Ability and proven experience to think strategically and creatively, combining business strategy and analysis with the expression of new ideas and opportunities.
• A powerful storyteller with an intuitive ability to present complex concepts clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
• Relentless curiosity and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to leverage established relationships and the global network.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience from leading strategy and management consulting firms.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience leading workstreams and/or projects.
• Experience working with stakeholders in leading positions and collaborating with diversified teams.
• Ability to drive business.
• Willingness to work or attend meetings outside regular working hours and take on projects with short notice.
• Ability to travel and work in diverse, sometimes challenging, and hard-to-reach environments.
• Experience and interest in financial services and the consumer sector.
• Academic degree (e.g., MBA, M.Sc. in Engineering, Industrial Economics) with good academic merits or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
