• Drive customer acquisition, insurance premium growth, and investment product sales.
• Ensure compliance with local insurance laws, investment regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
• Lead and develop management teams across various functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Insurance, or a related field.
• MBA, master's degree, or relevant professional certifications preferred.
• Typically 10–15+ years of experience in insurance, investments, financial services, or related industries, including senior leadership experience.
• Proven track record in country management, strategic planning, and business development.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, investment services, and financial markets.
• Excellent leadership, commercial, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
