Job Overview
Estudio Bedoya Abogados, a leading Peruvian law firm with more than 40 years of experience, is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join its team in San Isidro, Lima. This position is responsible for the accurate registration, updating, and control of company information, ensuring data organization and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in Excel records and digital platforms.
- Verify and validate information for accuracy.
- Maintain order of both physical and digital documents.
- Prepare basic reports based on registered data.
- Provide administrative support to the department.
Requirements
- Technical or university degree (in progress or completed) in Administration, Accounting, Law, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in data entry or database management.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and office software (mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail, speed, and organizational skills.
