LEETERS is seeking a Bookstore Director for its upcoming opening in Avilés. Reporting to the Regional Director, your mission will be to lead the bookstore as a business unit, ensuring commercial objectives, operational excellence, customer experience, and team development are met. You will ensure the correct execution of the in-store strategy through management, supervision, delegation, and support, guaranteeing that operational tasks are performed correctly by the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure sales, margin, and productivity targets are met.
• Analyze KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Organize shifts, selection, continuous training, and performance evaluation.
• Supervise Deputies and managers.
• Foster a culture of service and development.
• Oversee campaign implementation, visual merchandising, and processes.
• Ensure control of cash, stock, and inventories.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain constant and bidirectional communication flow with Regional Management and SSC.
• Coordinate cultural activities and events.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Store Director or Store Manager in the retail sector.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in team management.
• University degree (highly valued).
• Strong commercial and customer orientation.
• Analytical capacity and results-oriented, with experience and handling of KPIs.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change.
• Ability to innovate and positively influence the team.
• Passion for books and culture.
