Wynn Al Marjan Island is developing the UAE's first integrated resort, located in Ras Al Khaimah and scheduled to open in 2027. This expansive resort will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, bars, a theater, a beach club, multiple pools, a spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and an events center.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear product roadmaps and a single release plan.
• Lead requirements workshops and secure business sign-off on requirements.
• Determine feature launch sequencing and manage manual workarounds for deferred items.
• Oversee testing sign-off, training, and operational readiness for every launch.
• Manage the product portfolio covering Hotel & Reservations, Guest & Resort Services, Marketing Technology & CRM, Data & Customer Insight, and Employee systems.
• Track risks, dependencies, and spend against budget, escalating issues early.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT product management, with at least 5 years leading product teams.
• Proven track record of launching products in hospitality, gaming, travel, or consumer technology; pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., Oracle OPERA Cloud) and CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce).
• Experience with Agile delivery, system integrations, data platforms, and user experience design.
• Strong budget management skills and leadership capabilities.
