Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling bank and cash accounts.
• Prepare invoices, track accounts receivable and payable, and monitor expenses.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Support budgeting and forecasting, and generate financial reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations in the United Arab Emirates.
• Coordinate with external auditors and maintain accurate documentation for all financial activities.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in financial accounting, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as solid skills in Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with local accounting regulations, tax requirements, and compliance standards in the United Arab Emirates.
• Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to analyze financial data.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in retail, fashion, or luxury brands is preferred.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to maintaining confidential financial information.
