Key Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including advising on private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, M&A transactions, and general corporate governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and commercial contracts.
• Manage legal due diligence and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive deal execution.
• Provide strategic advice on regulatory and compliance issues and support cross-border transactions.
• Mentor junior team members on legal research and drafting.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in Dubai (LAD registered) and based in Dubai.
• Strong expertise in general corporate law, corporate structuring, governance, and commercial contracts.
• Demonstrated experience in private equity and venture capital transactions, including investment documentation and shareholder agreements.
• Proven ability to manage M&A and cross-border deals, including legal due diligence and negotiations.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to corporate, investment, and cross-border matters in the UAE and international contexts.
• Excellent legal drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills with attention to detail and risk assessment.
• Strong client relationship management abilities, clear communication, commercial awareness, and solution-focused advisory skills.
• Capability to mentor and guide junior team members, delegate work effectively, and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are an advantage.
