Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day technical support of Business Central across our entities.
• Develop and maintain AL extensions following Microsoft's development guidelines.
• Work with our external development partner on larger builds.
• Support and monitor our integration landscape.
• Use AI tooling as a core part of how you work.
• Translate business requests into clear technical requirements.
• Manage environment hygiene.
• Work directly with users at every level.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience (or NAV with recent BC cloud experience) in a technical or techno-functional capacity.
• Solid AL development skills in VS Code.
• Discipline in following Microsoft's published guidelines and community best practices.
• Understanding of BC's posting engine, dimensions, posting groups, item ledger and warehouse structures.
• Practical experience using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude).
• Critical thinking skills to question requirements and spot edge cases.
• Comfortable working with end users, finance teams, external partners and senior management.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Prior experience within retail or distribution industries.
