Key Responsibilities

• Clean all chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils, scrub pots and pans, and burnish silver.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure supplies and equipment are well stocked and organized.
• Perform essential cleaning tasks, including mopping and trash removal, to maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Support events delivery by ensuring adequate serviceware is available.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
