• Job Type: Full-time
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a Bachelor Degree in a related subject with PGCE or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2 year’s teaching experience in English National Curriculum

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons that inspire students to succeed and achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Plan, prepare and present sessions that cater for the needs of the whole ability range.
• Motivate pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative teaching and observe and assess children in line with the school assessment policy.
• Act as a form tutor and support the pastoral needs of students.
• Liaise with colleagues professionally and work flexibly, and work with parents to ensure the happiness and best academic outcomes for all children.
• Organise classroom provision, learning resources and create displays to encourage a positive and engaging learning environment.
