Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and investigate suspicious transactions and activities.
- Prepare and submit Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) to regulatory authorities.
- Conduct enhanced due diligence on high-risk customers and entities.
- Ensure strict compliance with AML/CFT laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Provide guidance and training on AML best practices to internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of robust AML policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and interaction.
- Proficiency in using AML monitoring systems and other relevant compliance tools.
- Relevant experience in anti-money laundering, financial crime compliance, or a related field.
