Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own analytics frameworks, dashboards, and compensation models to provide timely, decision-ready insights across reward programs.
• Lead compensation and benefits benchmarking studies and manage relationships with external data providers and consultants.
• Lead the job analysis process for the Bank ensuring strong governance around job creation and grading.
• Lead the planning and execution of salary reviews across ADCB Group Companies.
• Identify, review, and refine processes to automate repeatable tasks using AI and enhance technology usage.
• Act as the PMO for the team, driving Reward focused change management initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience, with 3 years in a reward analytics focused role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related subjects.
• Professional Certification related to Reward is preferred.
• Written and verbal English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel).
• Experience with HR and Reward Management Systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
