Key Responsibilities

• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance work.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify needed repairs or safety concerns.
• Maintain doors, locks, lighting, fixtures, shelving, work areas, and other facility components.
• Assist with moving, installing, or relocating equipment, furniture, and workstations.
• Respond to facility maintenance requests from supervisors and management.
• Coordinate with approved outside contractors and service vendors when specialized work is required.

Requirements

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable handling a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in an industrial environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, push, and pull.
• Ability to climb ladders and work from elevated platforms when trained and authorized.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently.
• Follow all TST safety procedures, PPE requirements, and applicable OSHA requirements.
