Key Responsibilities

• Personal advice and support for our customers in buying and selling precious metal products (coins, bars, etc.)
• Active leadership and promotion of the sales team
• Ongoing implementation of sales-promoting measures in the branch
• Acquisition of new customers as well as building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Responsibility for correct inventories and cash closing
• Planning and continuous review of relevant key figures
• Interface with the trade, logistics, and management departments

Requirements

• Management experience in a comparable role, ideally in the financial sector or in high-end retail
• Completed training in economics desirable
• Enthusiasm for the financial sector and precious metal products (coins, bars, etc.)
• Proactive, assertive management personality
• Sales talent with a well-groomed appearance and high stress resistance
• Affinity for numbers
• Very good German and good English skills
