Key Responsibilities

• Develop the product strategy for "Lending Solutions" in alignment with the overall bank strategy.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle of credit and financing solutions, from idea to stable operation.
• Prioritize the backlog, define business requirements, and coordinate implementation with stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership for employees in the "Lending Solutions" product area.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition in the credit and financing market.
• Examine and support innovations, new technologies, and business models in the credit business.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, risk and credit policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate status, milestones, and challenges to management.

Requirements

• University degree, supplemented by banking-specific training or further education.
• Several years of experience in product management and development of credit and financing solutions in the financial industry.
• Sound expertise in project and process management (classic and agile) and the use of modern methods and tools.
• Good understanding of business contexts, market and customer needs, and regulatory requirements in the Swiss financial market.
• Leadership personality with experience in technical team leadership and resource management.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, structured and solution-oriented approach.
• High social competence, confident demeanor, and goal-oriented communication skills.
• High degree of initiative, responsibility, and reliability, combined with enthusiasm and openness to change.
