• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related discipline. Chartered professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or CMA is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the finance function ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting and forecasting, strong cash-flow control, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term business-planning processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly management accounts, consolidated reporting and executive dashboards.
• Oversee entity cash-flow forecasting, liquidity planning and working-capital management.
• Strengthen financial governance, delegation-of-authority controls and approval processes.
• Coordinate external audits, tax filings and responses to regulatory or auditor queries.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidation and management reporting.
• Advanced budgeting, forecasting, financial-modelling and scenario-analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel capability and experience with ERP and business-intelligence tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including board-level presentation skills.
• Chartered professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or CMA is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related discipline.
